Introduction: These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.
Order process: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an email that confirms that the product has been dispatched. We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Pricing: All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order.
Delivery: We will deliver the products to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the products once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the products by the delivery date set out in the confirmation email, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
Returns and Refunds: We will accept returns of products that are in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. We will issue a refund for the price of the product and the original delivery charge, but we will not refund any charge for returning the product to us.
Product Information: We have taken all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our website are accurate. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Intellectual Property: The content of our website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may retrieve and display the content of the website on a computer screen, store such content in electronic form on disk (but not any server or other storage device connected to a network) or print one copy of such content for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep intact all and any copyright and proprietary notices. Severability: If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be.
